So happy you are here!

My Story

Hey there! Welcome to my corner of the internet, where we keep motherhood real and simple. My name is Leah, and I’m the mom of an almost 6-year-old daughter with a personality that lights up a room, and twin almost three-year-old boys who think life is one big wrestling match.

As a young mom, I’ve been learning some big life lessons on the fly. Some I’ve picked up as easily as breathing, and others… well, it feels like I’m riding a unicycle! Not every swing is a home run, but I’ve reached a point where that’s perfectly okay.

Having my daughter while in full-time college and working full time completely reshaped my life into something more beautiful than I could have imagined. But it also brought a lot of challenges that I had to push through. That’s why I thought, what could be better than sharing my experiences with other moms who might be going through the same struggles I’ve faced or am still facing?

I know the struggle of balancing being a mom, a wife, and still trying to hold onto your own identity. Honestly, some days, I’m just winging it—yep, I’ve brought my barefoot two-year-old twins to pick up their big sister from school. And yes, I’m the mom grabbing a Happy Meal on the way to soccer practice… because it’s all about balance, right?

My goal here is to guide you through the lessons I’ve learned, offering a space where you can escape the “perfect” social media filters and connect with someone who’s simply doing her best. If you’re craving some solidarity from someone who’s been through the trenches but still finds joy in the journey, you’re in the right place.

Here, you’ll find quick and easy recipes that even the pickiest toddlers will love, stories of my adventures in entrepreneurship, the ups and downs of marriage, and the quest to rediscover yourself amidst the chaos.

This is my journey, and I’m thrilled to have you along for the adventure. Let’s navigate it together!
